Url's Home Page!

Welcome!  This is my first real attempt at a home page, so please, don't laugh or anything.  In these pages will be links to my favourite sites and stuff about me.  Nothing major, just something to keep me occupied, I guess.  (boredboredboredbored!)

About me:

I'm 21 (almost), birthdate March 27, 1978.  I'm an Aries with 3 of my major planets in water signs (making me one of those passive-aggressive types).  I'm a non-practicing Pagan (non-practicing in that I've always lived by the Wiccan Rede even before I've ever heard of it.  'An it harm none, love, and do what thou wilt', meaning live your own life as long as it doesn't harm anyone, including yourself).  I also use a lot of parentheses when I write (I tend to go off on tangents, which always annoyed my teachers in highschool).  I'm openly gay, so if that's a problem then please go here.  I live in a small town in the wilds of Northern British Columbia called Terrace.  Population 20 000, it's not a suitable place for an aspiring young queer like myself to grow up.  Oh well, you play the cards that are dealt you.  Still, it's not all bad.  The scenery around is beautiful, mountains and valleys and the Skeena River (MY river) flowing through the center.  My main hobby is Diplomacy, simply the best game, board, computer or whatever, of all time.  I also recently joined a role-playing list based in the Marvel Comics universe, called Generation X.  Basically, it's about superpowered teenagers who strive to learn to control their powers and live their lives as 'normal' teenagers as well.  I don't read comics, and didn't even pick up a Generation X comic until I was already playing.  I played the Marvel RPG as a kid, and the chance to relive my teenage years (with super powers to boot!) was just too appealing to pass up.

Links:

Da Babecave, Cait Glasson's wonderful and beautiful page.  This is highly recommended to pay a visit to (check out the comics section and the Rant Room especially)

Phil's Web Site.  Philip Kimpton is a good Dip buddy of mine, and also was kind enough to host my PostModern Diplomacy maps.  Check him out!

If anyone else wants their webpage listed here, please let me know.  I also love to receive email and anyone can reach me at eratcliffe@kermode.net
