 Members
or potential members are preferred to be gay men or gay women however this
is not a condition of membership. |

| No
member may represent the Australian Gay Professional Network (AGPN) without
the consent of the AGPN Executive Committee or alternatively with the consent
of a committee formed with the authorisation of the AGPN Executive committee
to grant such authorisation. |
|
|
| Membership of
AGPN is by nomination of an existing AGPN member unless where AGPN actively
seek potential members. |
|
|
| Member details
and/or membership lists of AGPN will not be published, sold or provided
without the express consent of the members involved. |
|
|
| If a member wishes
to contact another AGPN member or members, requests must be made via the
AGPN Executive Committee or AGPN authorised member. AGPN will then
seek the consent of the member or members prior to providing the requested
information. |

|
| AGPN accepts
no responsibility for the actions of any party or parties involed with
any world wide web site link specified within these pages. AGPN makes
no guarantee that such links will not cause offence. World wide web
site links are normally shown with the presumed consent of the site owner
as per normal accepted practise on the world wide web. |

|
| You agree not
to hold any member of AGPN including the AGPN Executive Committee responsible
for any perceived or real loss or defamation except where this is contrary
to law. |

| LOGO
Conditions |
| By submitting
a logo design to AGPN you agree to the following conditions. |
|
|
| If your logo
is accepted as the AGPN logo, you authorise AGPN to use the logo on all
public and private documents, world wide web pages, intranet pages, facsimiles,
e-mails and other types of media. |
|
| You surrender
your proprietory rights to the logo to AGPN and authorised members. Credit
for the logo design will be shown where possible for a period not exceeding
six months from the date of AGPN's acceptance. After this six month
period you agree to allow AGPN to unrestricted use of your logo without
showing design credit. Within the six month credit period, you waive
this requirement in the the event the logo is to be used in television
or other types of video media, with the exception of world wide web based
media. This design credit requirement may be waived with the mutual
agreement of AGPN our AGPN members and you. |
