| Ever thought what will happen when gay people get old. We live
in a society where we are told we are aging faster than we can renew our
population. Society considers hetrosexuality "normal" and as such
provide the social network to support the straight aging population.
What will happen to us when we get older. True - a large number of
gay people work hard to ensure they will be self sufficient in their older
years, but not everyone. |

| Most gay people are employed we believe, why not start a community
where a little can be put aside by each person now so we can pool this
together for later in our lives. Here is what we propose - let's
pool our resources now so that in a few years we can live with our friends,
associates who share the same needs. What else are you going to do?
Live with Ethel, Cheryl and Bill who have been placed in the home by they're
families or are you going to share a poolside lounge with attendants straight
(sic) out of the magazines? |

| So what are we proposing? We are not asking for money - simply
expressions of interest or to purely provoke some thought and discussion.
If you have some thoughts on this subject whether it positive or negative,
we will post the replies here in a similar way to a bulletin board.
